By booking a course or session you are accepting that you have read and agreed to the below terms and conditions
Mitford Pottery terms and conditions agreement:
- Any items made during your time at the studio will only be retained for 3 months, you will be contacted to collect but if not collected in due course the items will be disposed of.
- Mitford Pottery are not responsible for any items lost or damaged while on site at the studio and items are at the owners own risk and responsibility. This also includes any work completed on courses or taster sessions.
- Extra charges apply if more than 2kg of clay is used in any of the courses. You will be informed of this when you plan or make more than the standard 3 items.
- Payments made for courses or sessions can only be refunded up to 1 week before the start date of the course or session. After this no refunds will be made.
- Rescheduling of courses and sessions can be arranged if and when time or availability of spaces on courses. If rescheduled no refund will be made.
- Any booking must be paid in full before the scheduled start date of that course or taster session, 1 to 1 or any other pre arranged special courses or activity.
- Mitford Pottery reserve the right to refuse or terminate courses or sessions at any point without notice.
- Unsuitable behaviour will not be tolerated and the person will be removed from any courses or sessions and bared from the studio.
- Mitford Pottery reserve the right to add or change the terms and condition without notice
