Clay

At Mitford Pottery the main clay we now use on our courses is B17C white stoneware. If you want to make at home between sessions you can purchase 12.5kg bag for £20

If while on your course/session you make more than the 3 item or 2kg limit free items, but would like to keep them, you can have these items bisque fired at 50p per item (20cm x 20cm x 20cm)

bigger items will be on an item by item arranged cost.

You may also want to have your extra items glazed and fired.

Standard items (10cm x 10cm x10cm) £1.50 per item.

Larger item cost will be arranged on a size, quantity and type of  glaze used. If glaze is un tested then other arrangements will need to be disused
